For this exercise we were asked to choose random word and phrase and to interpret them visually. I picked “Courage” and “At the speed of light” accordingly.

The first interpretation was a person rushing to rescue someone. Rescuing could be referred to courage while rushing is attributed to the speed of the light.

The second interpretation was less obvious. I decided to represent Courage with the help of a fire hose, because it’s associated  with fire rescue, danger and bravery, while the speed of the light was depicted using a lighter which stands for the light itself and the speed of ignition.
